How long until I receive my order
You are travelling soon to Australia and are not sure if your order will arrive in time before your departure?

We can still ship our products to the UK and anywhere on the European mainland within 2 weeks of your departure. If your shipment overlaps with the christmas period we need 4 weeks to be sure.

However, if you are leaving within the next 2 weeks, or have already arrived in Australia, that is no problem at all - we will happily ship your order poste restante to the GPO (post office) of the Australian city in which you arrive.

The post office will keep your shipment for at least 2 weeks, and you can simply pick it up there by dropping in on a weekday with your passport.

You can chose this shipping method during the checkout process.

Alternatively you can also have your order shipped to your Hotel in Australia - or a private australian address (i.e. if you're staying with friends/family). However we generally recommend the poste restante methods when shipping orders within Australia as that is the most reliable one in our experience; hostels and backpackers in particular are not always very reliable in handling your mail.
